What you get. Immediate intervention on one distressed shipment: cargo held at port, a customs stop, a carrier or forwarder default, demurrage running or documents rejected. The desk establishes where the cargo and the documents actually are, names the parties who can release them, and delivers a written action plan with the desk working the plan alongside you until the cargo moves or the position is closed out. What cannot be recovered is said plainly, early.
