Sample Check

The Sample Check assesses one physical sample against your written spec and tells you what to fix before the full run.

The sample is in your hand, or it is on its way. Next comes an order for thousands of units. If something is out by two millimetres, or the material is not what was agreed, you find out after the container lands and the money has gone.

The supplier's own quality report grades the supplier's own work, and eyeballing the sample on a kitchen table catches only what you already know to look for. We work through the sample point by point against your written spec — dimensions, materials, finish, function, packaging — photograph every fault, and give you a fix list to send back before the run starts.

Price: $500 — fixed price. Turnaround: 5–7 working days from the sample arriving.

The verdict you get: Closes with a clear GEB verdict — proceed, adjust or stop — plus the one fault that would cost you most if it repeated across the whole run. Not a data dump; a decision.

No. That fee is credited toward this check.

Who sends the sample?

You or your supplier. We give you the address after checkout, and the checkout questionnaire is where you upload the spec we will check against.
