The Photo and Video Review checks photos and videos of your sample or finished goods against what was promised, and flags what looks wrong.

The supplier has sent you eight photos and a short video. Something about the stitching, the colour or the finish is bothering you, and the balance payment is due. You have no way to tell whether you are being careful or paranoid.

Asking the supplier whether the sample is right only tells you what the supplier wants to be true. Posting the photos in a buyers group gets you ten opinions from people who have never read your spec. We look at what you send against the written specification and tell you what does not match, what needs a closer look, and what a photograph simply cannot show. Honest, even when it costs the supplier the order.
