Launch Plan
The Launch Plan is a reviewed, costed plan to get one product launched: the steps in order, what each one costs, and a timeline you can follow.
You know what you want to sell. What you do not have is the order of work — supplier, samples, testing, packaging, freight, listing, first stock — or what each part costs before any money comes back. So the launch keeps slipping by a month.
The cheap way out is a business-plan template or a bargain freelance gig. Both hand you a document written for a bank: pages of market size and a five-year forecast nobody believes. You cannot act on it on Monday morning. This is the opposite. One product, the steps in the order you actually do them, a cost against each step, and a week-by-week timeline. A GEB expert writes it and a second expert reviews it before it reaches you.
Price: $500 — fixed price. Turnaround: 5–7 working days.
The verdict you get: Closes with a clear GEB verdict — launch now, adjust before you launch, or hold — plus a confidence level and the one step most likely to slip. Not a data dump; a decision.
What you receive
- A launch sequence for 1 product, in the order you do it
- A 12-week timeline, week by week
- A cost against every step, and the total cash needed before first revenue
- The 3 points where launches like yours usually stall, and what to do at each
- What you must have ready before step one
Best for
- First launches where the order of work is the real problem
- Owners moving from samples to a real first order
- Anyone who has a document but not a plan
Not for: Not a growth plan, a supplier shortlist or a funding pack. This is commercial decision support, not a promise of sales, and not financial, investment or legal advice. When the launch works and volume becomes the problem, step up to the Scale-Up Plan.
Natural next step: Scale-Up Plan.

How fast is it?
Five to seven working days from your completed checkout questionnaire.
I already bought an Idea Check — does it count?
Yes. The Idea Check points here, and its fee can be credited toward this step.
