Full Sourcing Pack
The Full Sourcing Pack takes one product from idea to a supplier you are ready to order from: five suppliers vetted, three samples arranged, two rounds of negotiation, over three to four weeks.
You have done the pieces before. A name here, a quote there, and it fell apart somewhere between the sample and the deposit. Nobody was holding the thread. The sample came back wrong, the price moved, the minimum doubled, and six weeks later you still had no supplier.
A sourcing agent will do all of this for nothing up front, because they take a commission on the order — which means the factory paying the biggest commission is the factory you end up with. We take no commission from any supplier. We vet suppliers, arrange samples, and help you push on price and order minimums, end to end, and the only person paying us is you.
Price: $3,000 — fixed price. Turnaround: 3–4 weeks, in stages.
The verdict you get: Closes with a clear GEB verdict — the supplier to sign with, the terms we would accept and the terms we would refuse — plus a confidence level and the one risk to manage on the first order. Not a data dump; a decision.
What you receive
- 5 suppliers vetted for 1 product, narrowed to a working shortlist of 3
- 3 physical samples arranged, chased and delivered to your address
- 2 rounds of negotiation on unit price, order minimum and payment terms
- A final supplier recommendation with the terms we would sign and the terms we would not
- Run in stages over 3–4 weeks, with a written update at the end of each stage
Best for
- A first serious product where you cannot afford to start again
- Buyers with a budget but no time and no supplier network
- Moving from testing an idea to placing a real order
Not for: One product, not a catalogue. Not a guarantee of price, capacity or performance — we improve your position, we do not underwrite the supplier. Sample and courier costs are billed at cost on top. To check the goods before they ship, go to the Pre-Shipment Inspection.
Natural next step: Pre-Shipment Inspection.
Frequently asked questions
Why three to four weeks?
Because samples take that long. The work runs in stages — vetting in week one, samples ordered and chased in weeks two and three, negotiation in week four — and you get a written update at the end of each stage.
How many suppliers do you actually approach?
We vet five and take three forward. Below three you have no leverage in the negotiation; above five the process slows down without improving the result.
What if all the samples fail?
We say so. One further round of samples from two alternative suppliers is included. If the product cannot be made to your spec at your target price, we tell you that plainly rather than pushing you into an order. The checkout questionnaire is where the spec and the target price start.
