Deal Safety Report
The Deal Safety Report is a reviewed read on whether one transaction is built to protect you: the terms, the payment structure, and whether escrow or Trade Assurance actually covers what you think it covers.
The order is bigger now. There is a contract, or something the supplier calls a contract. There are Incoterms you have not read closely, a deposit schedule, an inspection clause that may or may not mean anything, and a quiet assumption that a platform will step in if it all goes wrong.
Signing the supplier's own template because it looks official is the cheap way through, and it fails for one plain reason: every gap in it was left there on purpose, by the side that wrote it. We read up to 10 documents — contract, proforma, payment terms, Trade Assurance or escrow cover, inspection and shipping terms — and mark, clause by clause, where your money is exposed and what to change before you sign.
Price: $500 — fixed price. Turnaround: 5 working days.
The verdict you get: Closes with a clear GEB verdict — sign, renegotiate or walk — plus a confidence level and the one clause carrying the most risk. Not a data dump; a decision.
What you receive
- Up to 10 documents reviewed for 1 transaction
- A clause-by-clause read of the terms that decide who carries a loss
- What your Trade Assurance or escrow cover really does and does not cover
- A payment structure we would accept, with the deposit and balance split written down
- A sign / renegotiate / walk verdict with a confidence level
Best for
- Your first container-sized order
- Any deal where losing the deposit would hurt
- Buyers handed a contract they did not write
Not for: Not legal advice and not a substitute for a lawyer reviewing your contract before you sign it. This is a commercial read of where your money sits. GEB does not hold funds, is not an escrow service, does not act for you in a dispute, and gives no regulated financial advice. Natural next step: Pricing and Margin Check.
